Wedding Wednesday | The One After The Wedding

Well hello there lovies!! I cannot believe I'm finally a married woman now and living in Houston officially!! It's seriously been such a whirlwind, but I'm loving the new role and adventure! Going from a long distance relationship to a full time/seeing each other daily marriage has been pretty seamless.

I've been getting acquainted with my new city and applying to jobs. Although I do like the whole stay at home wife role I'm in right now, not gonna lie! 

I want to try to get back into a normal blogging routine again, but it's been seriously so hard. I feel like I've missed so much in blogworld right now and I am hoping to at least catch up on some of my favorite blogs to see what everyone has been up to! 

I wanted to share the few pictures I have on my phone from the wedding, I'll share more as I get them from the photographer!!

The hardest part of the weekend ending was saying goodbye to all my friends and family...and as if we didn't eat enough cake, there was more :)! 

My amazing sissy bought me my dream purse as a wedding/birthday gift! I miss her constantly, but everytime I wear my bag I think of her!!!

Of course we had to take some goofy "married" people selfies while waiting for our flight to take off!

Wedding Wednesday | Overwhelmed Much?!

Happy Wedding Wednesday guys! I have been super failing at the blogging game and I guess I have good reason. I've literally looked at my computer a handful of times in the past week and that was to type up a wedding document or spreadsheet.

We are literally 10 days away from the big day and there is just so much to do. As much as I have prepared the past year and a half, nothing prepares you for the last minute craziness that is wedding planning. I've been constantly in talks with my vendors finalizing things, sending checks, working on timing, etc. Although it's exciting to see how everything is coming together, it's definitely stressful and overwhelming. 

I'm sad to say that blogging is going to be put on the back burner for the next few weeks until after the wedding and after I'll officially be in Texas. If I get a chance here and there I'll definitely try to put a quick post up, but no guarantees!

Five on Friday | Fourth of July Edition

Happy Friday friends! I cannot believe it's been an entire week since I left my job, I miss it so much, but I've been enjoying lounging around in my sweats not doing a whole lot. I have had a lot of wedding related meetings this week so that's kept me quite busy! I can't believe it's already July!! The countdown is on and we're exactly 15 days away from the wedding!!!!!

I've been jamming out to this song lately and the video is just too fun, this beat just makes you want to dance!

two.

Literally give me all the mexican food, I was craving my favorite spot so my sister and I had one last date night there. I'm most definitely gonna miss this place when I move!

three.

My sister and I finally went to watch Me Before You and it has all the heart eyed emojis! Such a great movie and it stayed true to the book. Of course some of the stuff was left out, but if they put everything in the movie it would have been 3 hours long!

I got this congratulatory letter in the mail yesterday and it made me so happy! My parents were probably more fascinated by it than I was!! So pretty and I can't wait to get a pretty frame for it :)!

I can't believe it's already 4th of July weekend!! I don't have crazy big plans, more like get a bunch of crap for the wedding done! Spending time with family and friends is definitely on the agenda and definitely watching fireworks at some point has to happen. My cousins and I are trying to hit up the fest early tomorrow to get some bingo in!
