Is it just me or do the weekends, especially in the summer, need to have an extra day to just relax. I didn't do a whole lot over the weekend, but got a bunch of wedding stuff done which felt productive. I still have yet to book any vendors, but have narrowed it down in pretty much all categories, so progress. Here are some of my weekend snaps!
I, along with half the U.S. celebrated National donut day. I got the last 2 donuts at the dunkin donuts near my house so I call that a win, but they should have prepared better for such a big national holiday. I also have been working long and hard at my very own wedding binder...I'm pretty impressed considering, but the inside is fairly bare so far, but can't wait to start adding budget sheets, contracts, vendors, etc. I'll be doing a full post on Wednesday going through the breakdown of my binder.
Saturday morning I had an awesome brunch with my sissy. My plate doesn't look that great because I had already dug in before realizing I hadn't taken a picture. If you don't photograph brunch, did it even happen??
That afternoon my cousin, sissy and I headed to mini-golf since it was such a gorgeous day outside. I may or may not have indulged in a swirl ice cream cone (hint: I sure did). The mini-golf course had some interesting characters that we decided we needed to selfie with, no shame in the selfie game.
This is basically how I would sum up my Sunday...this pizza was delicious, period.
I was excited to get to finally use my adorable "mrs" ring dish. It may be more than a year before I become a Mrs, but it's too cute not to use. Thanks to Lisa for the awesome bridal set (it's came with a mug which was also monogrammed), she has a ton of adorable and affordable items in her Etsy shop for gifts or yourself!!
Linking up with Biana for weekending & Lisa and Bella for weekend recap!
Sounds like a perfect weekend!! Wedding planning is so much more fun when you're so organized! xo, Biana -BlovedBoston
