Wedding Wednesday | Wedding Guest Book

Happy Wednesday friends! We are halfway through the week, yippee! I don't know what it is, but the month of May is feeling like it's flying by...probably because I have about a billion and a half things I need to get done!!!

Today I wanted to talk about our wedding guest book. I went back and forth on what I wanted to do for this and finally with a little help from my coworker I picked something. At first I really wanted to do a tree where guests signed the leaf, but it's hard to get over 300 leaves, plus it was getting super pricey. Then I turned to Etsy, but the only semi-affordable books were shipping from Ukraine and I don't know if I wanted to take that kind of risk. I knew I didn't want to do a generic book because I wanted something that A & I would actually look back on.

When I asked my coworker what I should do, she told me that she did a photo book of pictures of her and her husband and left room for people to sign. I had totally forgotten about this idea and thought it would be perfect!

I hopped on Groupon to search for a deal, and I found a great deal for PrinterPix which ended up being $14 for a 40 page 11" x 8.5" size photo book! That was such a great deal even if you include the $8 for shipping out the book...still a steal!

I've used PrinterPix before to make a book of my trip to India and was super impressed with the high quality of the book and the photos included. The software is also SUPER easy to use. Here's a little preview of the book that I ordered...also this took me only a few hours to do (perfecting the size of the pictures took the longest time)!

I cannot wait to get this pretty in the mail and have the guests look through all our favorite engagement photos!

Did you do a guest book? What kind did you go with?

(I was not compensated in any way by PrinterPix, these are just my real opinions about a great service, paid for entirely by me!)

Now it’s your turn to link-up and share your wedding tales.

Macy and I love reading all about your big day, someone else’s wedding adventures, or anything else wedding related. We just can’t wait to read all about it!

I love your book! We did something super similar through our photographer. She does books that also include "see through" pages where guest sign in. Love this fun idea!

We blew up two of our engagement photos, and then had people sign around the border. Now we have them hung up in our house with everyone's signatures and well wishes!

  14. This is a great idea! I like the tree leave idea too but it would be tough for larger weddings.
