1. Rimmel London fix & perfect pro primer
I've been looking for a quality & inexpensive face primer and had been using Revlon PhotoReady primer a while back, but I didn't like how the packaging of the product made it inconvenient for me. I still have some left in the bottle, but it won't come out with the pump. Well I'd been hearing a lot of buzz about Rimmel's face primer and so far I have been loving it {I've only been using it a week, but it gets the job done}.
2. Revlon colorburst lip butter in Peach Parfait
I had been wanting this lip butter since I first saw commercials for it. I never took the plunge and just got it until my mascara/lip gloss swap partner, Darby, included it in my gift. I am in love with the color and it's perfect to wear during the daytime or at night. I highly recommend snagging a couple of these lip butters!
3. Rimmel London glam eyes trio eye shadow
I think this eye shadow trio is perfect for creating a great smokey eye. The hues are pigmented and they stay on your eyelid for a long time. Plus on the back of the trio it shows you two different ways to wear the colors, subtle & London look, with pictures and how-to for shadow novices like myself. Great pick and very affordable!
4. Revlon Just Bitten lipstain + balm in Mystical
Lipstains are all the rage right now and this is another goody Darby sent me and I absolutely love it! The color is a darker purple-ish hue and definitely a night time look. I love how there is a clear balm on the opposite side of the stain too. Even though this color comes out a bit darker at first, it blends in and lightens up just a tad bit. Great stain with plenty of colors to choose from too!
5. Urban Decay eyeshadow primer potion
I love this little guy! Before using the UD primer I had only used elf's lid primer and I still love my elf primer, but this little potion does not disappoint. I've noticed no creasing on my lid and very little fall out from the shadows. Love it and it's definitely a must grab for your makeup bag!
6. elf shine eraser oil blotting sheets
I picked this up recently and it has definitely come in handy during the heat wave we've been experiencing this past July. This little packet has 50 blotting sheets and it is a steal at only $1!! It works and it's cheap so if you want to get rid of the shine on your T-zone and have a more matte look, this is a must buy.
7. Rimmel London eye liner pencil in Panama
I have been reading about using a lighter shade eye liner on your bottom lash line if you want an easy way to brighten up your eyes and make them pop. So I bought this pencil in a chocolate brown shade and I love the way it comes out. You don't need to press down hard for the color to appear. It is definitely a fun new addition to my makeup bag.
Well I hope you guys enjoyed reading my favorite products in July and I can't wait to read yours as well! So grab the button and link up your post below!!

ReplyDeleteCongrats on reaching 100 followers!! :)
What a great link up and I'm so glad you like the lip butter! I might have to get some for myself now ;-)
ReplyDeleteAwesome idea! Expect me to link up sometime this week :) I have some new stuff to review for sure! Glad to know about that primer- I'm always looking for some but hate to spend a fortune on it. On the flip side though, I'm afraid inexpensive stuff might upset my face. I'll have to give this a try :)
ReplyDeleteYay! I just did my first products post and hadn't found link up either so I'm glad you started one. I didn't start one since I have my budget link up and don't want to go all link up crazy, so I'd love to participate in yours :)
ReplyDeleteI love this link up. It is right up my alley. When does it close? I dont know if I will get a chance this week with my favorite grand baby coming to town today but definitely next month!
ReplyDeleteI have been wanting to try those lip butters and that looks like a great color. Have a good day Nikki!
