3. What's the weirdest/craziest thing you've ever eaten?
I guess I am not very adventurous with foods, because I can't think of anything.
4. What foods do you avoid at all costs?
I've never really been a fish person, so I tend to stay away from that.
5. What meal reminds you of your childhood?
Mac & Cheese. My mom always made that for us as kids and I loved it. For breakfast foods though, I remember eating a TON of hot cereal as a child, and I still eat it nowadays during winter!
6. Share one of your favorite recipes and story behind it?
My absolute favorite recipe is Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie. It is super easy to make {trust me I am NOT suzy homemaker} and it tastes DELISH! I make this around the holiday time {Thanksgiving/Christmas} and everyone loves it!!
{Yield: 2 9 inch pies}
Ingredients:
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
3/4 cup white sugar
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
1 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
2 large eggs
1/4 tsp salt
2 prepared 9 inch graham cracker pie crust
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Beat together the cream cheese & sugar, add pumpkin puree and the spices. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add salt. Beat until creamy. Pour into two pie crusts.
3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 mins {or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean}. Let it cool then top with some whipped cream if desired.

I am going to have to make that cheesecake for my hubby. I don't like pumpkin that much, but he does. I would probably at least try it though....
